At the DAC, you’ll find everything you need for an effective strength or cardio workout plus a friendly staff that’s happy to get you started or freshen your routine. Jump on one of our treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes or step machines, where you can listen to your favorite tunes while enjoying the view of the Arkansas River or plug in and catch your favorite television show on your personal screen.
In the market for more muscle mass? The Club has a complete selection of free weights, cable equipment and machines (both Precor Icarian and Cybex) to help you gain strength and increase your metabolism.
